Event description

Remaining positive and effective can be difficult whether it is with early childhood children or school aged. We will assist educators with practical ideas and resources to encourage a more positive environment. It won’t happen overnight but it can happen. During this 3-hour training we will:

  • Explore the National Quality Standard Area 5: Relationships with children
  • Refer to the National Law and National Regulations
  • Explore Connections -a resource for early childhood and OOSH educators about children’s wellbeing
  • Assist you in managing behaviour in a positive manner

Morning tea will be provided.

Children First Training

Children First Training provides expert and affordable professional development courses for staff and educators in the early childhood education and care sector. As practitioners, we know ‘early childhood’ so you can be sure you will be provided with training that is current, accurate and, at times, edgy. We always have a vast range on offer from First Aid to understanding the Early Years Learning Framework, workshops for OOSH providers, as well as creative and culturally diverse courses. We have training for all levels of early childhood, from trainees to experienced to Centre Directors – there’s something for everyone!
