Heal Your Heart is a half day retreat on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and a deep delve into the heart space and all that it holds for us.

We invite you to take the time out and lovingly explore this space through yoga, meditation and a special yidaki sound journey with Lionel Lauch.

About Us:
Monica and Silva are two Mordialloc based Hatha Yoga and Meditation teachers with a passion for slow, mindful, wholistic practice that allows transformation to unfold.

Lionel Lauch is a skilled and practiced healer, versed in the ancient aboriginal custom of healing with the oldest instrument in the world, the Yidaki (didgeridoo). The Yidaki can be linked to 'musica universaiis' (music of the spheres), an ancient concept that links celestial bodies of sun, moon and planets as a form of music.

During Lionel's sessions, you are immersed in the rhythmic primal sounds of the Yidaki as it moves through your muscles and organs, grounding you in the land and moment as the frequencies and vibrations flow through your body, connecting you to the earth and creating a space for powerful healing to take place.

What to wear: Come in anything that is comfortable and easy to move in. You may like to bring some comfy socks and warm top for the restorative yoga practice, and for the Yidaki meditation.

What to bring: Please bring your own yoga mat along if you have one. We will have spare ones available if you don't have a mat with you.

Parking: There is plenty of on-site parking at Warrawee Wholistic
