Unleash the healing power of sound, breath and ancient wisdom of vibrational healing in this interactive 3-session foundational course.

You will learn to embrace the wisdom behind the Sound work Matt has developed and facilitated for the last 15 years. We mainly focus on how to open our breath and create a safe place for others to open into what is holding them back. As well as dive deep into using the power of our voice to heal all aspects; physical, mental, emotional and energetic. You will walk away from the course with practical tools to use to improve life or in work with guiding others to improve theirs.

Session 1 - Take Command of Your Instrument - In this session, we lay down the groundwork of philosophy, biochemistry, psychology and theory on how to work with the sound beyond sound. We open our voice, learn to express our authentic heart/soul song, and take command of our 4 major vibrational instruments (breath, body, mind and emotion)

Session 2- Channelling Sound - With a strong awareness of how we are working with sound and vibration we can then begin to express this sound in a conscious and healing way for others. We deepen our awareness of sound and vibration by learnin how to listen and impact the vibrational landscape around us. How to shift beliefs, transform physical restrictions, and inspire harmony in others.

Session 3 - Foundation to the Soul Vibing Process - This is where we take the lid off the inner workings and wisdom behind the sound vibing process. We bring it all together and give you the foundation of the work to begin developing your own version of the process and sharing it with others.

These sessions are highly interactive and also include information and recorded meditations to support you on the journey into sound healing. You will also become part of a community to support each other as you develop your awareness around the power of sound.
