🔆 Hollis hosts: Self-care for Start-ups
Event description
As Mental Health Awareness Month draws to a close, Hollis hosts a series of virtual, collaborative group sessions to unpack some of the struggles start-ups face most.
Led by experts, inspired by founders, relevant to all of us.
If you find you don't make enough time to take care of your mental wellbeing, then even more reason to make time for this.
🔆 Session 1: Beating Burnout
Whether you're burning the candle, or are beginning to identify that something's not right, this session will arm you with strategies for dealing with workplace stresses while boosting productivity.
🔆 Session 2: Dealing with Perfectionism
While some wear it like a badge of honour, perfectionism can be a burden for many of us. But with a bit of awareness around our motivations and habits, we can learn to live and work with more self-compassion and tolerance for failure.
🔆 Session 3: Challenging Anxious Thought Patterns
It can be draining and exhausting to live in a constant state of unease, fuelled by an endless array of worst-case what-ifs. Come develop a new, curious and non-impulsive relationship with anxiety, to help take back the reins.
