| Deep dive into the world of hops with Sea Legs Brewing Co head brewer Jon Fuchs in this special 90-minute sensory session. Learn about the different types of hops, the character they each bring to a brew, their origin and how they're used in the brewing process to influence styles, flavours and recipes. The session will allow guests to get up close and personal to a working brewery and lots of different hops, ask heaps of questions and most importantly, try a range of different hoppy beers. It's bound to be a 'hoppy' experience! Tickets are $89 each and include food and beers. Spaces & tickets are limited. |
