The Inner Beauty Day Retreat will consist of four nourishing day retreats held over the consecutive months of Spring. Each edition will invoke a different element as we move through Earth // Water // Fire // Air, calling them into our being and integrating our connection and learning through nature.

The gorgeous setting of the Peninsula helps us tap deeper into the healing essence and deep wisdom of nature. Lunch at Vegan Cafe included as well as tea and healthy bites throughout the day.
About the facilitators:
❉ CARMELA
Carmela is passionate about the deeper connection to self, the earth and those around us as a tool of growth, transformation, and the gateway to experiencing the magic of this existence. Her own practice and study of Yoga has transformed her life, helping her calm the mind and connect to the heart, and its with this passion that she wishes to share and pass on these practices that have been a gift to her.
Carmela combines traditional Indian Yogic practice and philosophy with her love and passion for dance, embodiment and expression. She is a true believer in bringing yoga into the everyday, on and off the mat, using the conscious breath as key in every mindful moment. Valuing and holding deep reverence for ceremony and ritual, she believes we all carry the ability to tap into the deeper wisdom of ones own body to guide us through our own journey of transformation. Carmela teaches heart centered yoga classes and has also held Womens Circles, Ecstatic Dance Ceremonies, Solstice Gatherings and Meditation Circles. She is honoured and excited to bring fourth this offering.

Paras has held the TRIBE One heartbeat NYE Yoga / Dance / Cacao ceremonies and parties since 2013, Being Australia’s largest Ongoing Raw Cacao Party, has facilitated Womens circles through Sisterhood Circles from 2014-2016 and Full Moon meditations from 2014 - 2015.
Her love of Yoga and Philosophy inspired her to study Yoga and teach as a full time teacher in Melbourne and at her events.
Having visited many sacred sites around the word and in Australia - Such as Egypt, Peru, South America, the Amazon, Mt Shasta and Sedona in the US, the Stonehenge, Cappadocia Turkey, The Black madonna in Marija Bistrica Croatia, The Brahma Temple in Pushkar, India, Isfahan in Iran, Uluru and Kakadu national Park, allowed the collecting of the essence of these sites and the sharing of their wisdom and energy in circles she holds on this beautiful land that we live on, in Australia. CACAO CEREMONY - Facilitating a pure, gentle, heart based and powerful journey within, ~ Paras’s connection with Cacao assists her to connect the Heavens and the Earth, Connecting in with our own Unique Heartbeat, and Connecting out to the Unity of the Heartbeat of all around us. Her ceremonies inspire a nourishment and reconnection to our natural essence which is peaceful and joyous.
