Event description

Opening hearts and minds, inspiring impossible to possible!

Innovation X Change moves people and organisations into possibility by changing the way they think. This program is about understanding the concepts and practices of innovative entrepreneurship when creating new products, processes and business models.

Why Innovation X Change Works

This program will help you discover, disrupt, connect, collaborate – and a whole lot more.

If you’re ready to push boundaries, to challenge the status quo, to question the way you face the world, to change the way you think and respond, then you’re ready for Innovation X Change!

Our graduates are solo entrepreneurs, managers in small business, leaders in government institutions, department heads from large manufacturers, managers from financial institutions, app developers, and tech start-ups. The beauty of the mix is the brains trust in the room.

This seven workshop series will:

  • Be an adventure
  • Provide the opportunity to reflect, question, step out, develop, collaborate and network
  • Instil courage and confidence to take extraordinary leaps off the ledge into opportunity
  • Explore:
    • Leadership
    • Collaboration
    • Design Thinking
    • Ideation
    • Intellectual Property (IP) and commercialisation
    • Workplace culture

Participants explore and implement practical processes to foster innovation in the workplace.

Discover what is necessary to keep moving forward and remain sustainable in an era of constant change.

We put experts and entrepreneurs in front of you to tell it as it is. From IP to inventors, investors to advisors. Our guest presenters have included James O’Loghlin (ABC New Inventors), Lisa Messenger (The Collective), Jennifer Holland (CEO Throat Scope, Shark Tank), Will Hird (Davies Collison Cave) and Roger Langsdon (Planet Innovation).

Why would you do it?

You may have an idea or a product you want to develop. You may want to start a brand-new business. You may want to bring a new process into the large, medium or small organisation you work for. Your managers may recognise your innovative skillset.
