4 Week Introduction to Mindfulness Course

The 4 Week Course is an introduction to understanding the workings of the mind and how to relieve the stress, anxiety and pressure of an overthinking mind. It shares proven tools which can change the nature of our relationship to the thoughts and emotions that can take up so much headspace. You will learn methods to be more present and self compassionate, releasing negative behaviours, so that you are more free to be yourself.

The Course includes the 40 page handout booklet from Mindfulness Works Australia and access to guided meditations to support the 4 week course.

Facilitator

Facilitated by Elisha Xantaya from Xantaya Health.

Elisha is an Accredited Mindfulness Works Facilitator and has run many courses in Maitland and the Central Coast. The courses have proven life changing for many participants with profound feedback of the difference they have noticed in the 4 weeks.
