Mark Varitimos

Mark is a Health & Exercise Coach at Core Health Coaching and takes a holistic approach in helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. His integrative approach addresses physical, mental and emotional aspects to obtain best long term results.

His successes include coaching clients that have reversed obesity as well as affiliated conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. His clients go onto achieve remarkable improvements in mental health, hormonal health and autoimmune disease.

Mark has written articles, delivered public speeches and appeared on a number of podcasts covering a variety of topics in health and wellness. He has a genuine passion for his work & helping people live happier & healthier lives.

Paul Pitsaras LL.B B.Int.Bus.

Paul is the Managing Director and Speaker at The Open Mind Institute, also known as ‘TOMI’.

TOMI is an organisation that delivers cognitive enhancement & mental wellbeing training to organisations and learning institutions.

Before TOMI, Paul was a litigation lawyer for 10 years and worked in various practices in London, Melbourne and Brisbane. Paul has always had a passion for personal development & behavioural science and is an acclaimed keynote speaker.

QUALIFICATIONS

Paul has a double bachelor degree in Law & International Business, Certificates in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Training & Assessment and studied Behavioural Science before going into the law.

Paul’s articles on wellness, meditation & mindfulness have been published in Proctor & Wellness Daily and he frequently appears on panels, podcasts & in the media on how to enhance mental health & wellbeing.
