IWD 2020 Lunch
Event description
This year's IWD theme is #EachforEqual
This lunch is a collaboration with a talented local Northern Beaches guest speaker Anne McKeown from 2Mpower and Inspiring Women and will encourage women to celebrate women's achievements and examine their own mindsets.
A special extra at the lunch is every attendee will receive a book written by Anne, which follows the theme of the event titled 'Take Back Control of Your Life Now'.
Our theme is that it is up to each of us to take control of our own thoughts and actions every day.
To be the leader of our own life.
To actively choose to challenge stereotypes, fight bias, broaden perceptions, improvesituations and celebrate women's achievements.
Collectively, each one of us can help create an equal world by taking control of our own life.
Let's all be #EachforEqual.
Funds rasied from the event will be going to the Manly Warringah Women's Resource Centre
Book now, cost for this special event is $45 per head which included light lunch and tea/coffee and a fabulous book.
