  • Receive 4 movement classes and 4 guided meditation practices over 4 weeks. The material is delivered in bite size chunks to allow you time to integrate the learning.

Rosa is a qualified Qigong Instructor & Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She has an accumulated knowledge of 50 years of body wisdom including Qigong Therapies, Remedial Massage, & Chinese Food Medicine. With personal practice and training spanning over 30 years, Rosa is passionate about teaching these methods of wellbeing, and has successfully used all natural methods, including Qigong, to support her own healing journey.
