A Kicking Workshop is a chance to try something new without commitment. Who knows, you could find a new love.*
In our last Kicking Workshop of the year, we'll dive into ways to increase your flexibility and mobility, particularly in your hips. The session involves slow, meditative practice to prepare your joints for the new kicks. Our coaches will then help you clearly understand the technique, before we kick!
Beginners are encouraged to attend and as always, bring a friend!
