Matt is an accomplished and results oriented operations and procurement executive with proven record of achievements in a world-class FMCG supply chain environment.
He has worked at SPC Global for 3 years and was previously in General Management roles across Supply Chain and Procurement in Australia and UK with both PZ Cussons and Heinz.
Matt prides himself on his proven ability to consistently deliver on business target expectations, as well as drive stretch targets, continuous improvement, and productivity.
He has strong International background thanks to many years of living and working abroad with constant exposure to various international cultures and has consistently delivered significant improvements in financial performance, and other key areas such as service levels, quality standards and safety controls.
He is dedicated to continuous improvement initiatives and has experience of using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure delivery. He is passionate about leading and developing individuals and teams to achieve exceptional results, through mentoring, coaching and team development.
