Skill Acquisition for Leaders in the 21st Century.

In this interactive presentation Marcus will critique the dominant theories of leadership and then argue for a pragmatic replacement which allows leaders to take their experience seriously.  He will set out a course of action and practice to help you make sense of and progress in uncertainty and complexity. You will leave with actionable ideas to help you think and act more effectively as a leader.
