Event description

As we continue to work through the disruptions and uncertainty of COVID, offering a healthy, productive and supportive tourism and hospitality workplace has never been more important - or valued - by our employees.

As we bounce out of COVID, and interstate demand recovers quickly, we know there will be inevitable skills and labour challenges across the industry. Those operators who have the supportive structures in place, and have a reputation as great employers, will be the businesses that are best able to manage the workforce challenges of 2022 and beyond.

To assist our tourism operators consider what they can do to support, secure and retain staff, TICT is bringing two of Tasmania's leading experts on healthy and productive workplaces to an online masterclass.

This FREE Online Masterclass is pitched to General Managers, HR Managers and Supervisors responsible for the day-to-day working environment of your team, but will have value for all tourism operators.

Our speakers are grounded, dynamic and understand our industry - this is an important opportunity to sit down with some engaging experts - without leaving home or your office - and work through what is a challenging subject for every employer.
