Gosnells Community Legal and Women’s Health & Wellbeing Services are pleased to be running a seminar on Family Law and Child Support.

Included in this free seminar will be a summary of  -

• Basic family law surrounding parenting arrangements and summary of the options available to resolve disputes.
• Family Dispute Resolution/Mediation (FDR) – how to resolve parenting and property disputes without having to go to Court, the benefits of FDR, how FDR works
• Child Support- how to apply for child support, applying for a change of assessment, collecting child support arrears and proving parentage for child support.
