For most it was like a “spiritual detox or washing machine”, forcing us to dig deep and face the parts of ourselves which we have been hiding, abandoning, rejecting, or denying, in return, cleansing our entire beings so we can step into our full expression and authentic self which leads perfectly into the new vibrations of 2019 articulated by our guest for the month Clara Bradley of “being seen”.

Let’s meet our guest speaker, Clara Bradley;

Clara is known to be a spiritual gypsy in a modern-day world helping people to peel back the layers of old hurt, behaviour and self-worth issues to reveal their true authentic self.

She uses a variety of techniques to cultivate the seed of a vibrant self that already exists within including reiki, crystal healing, yoga, Ayurveda, Vedic wisdom, and tarot.
