Communicating about sex and intimacy can be awkward, but it doesn’t have to be! This workshop aims to create a safe atmosphere for both individuals and couples to explore the challenges and possibilities of sexual intimacy, to learn skills in assertive communication, explore core beliefs holding us back, and increase a sense of playfulness, connection, authenticity and safety when it comes to relating to others (and ourselves!)
Topics will include: body confidence, managing differing libidos, respectful communication & feedback, boundary setting, sensuality and self-worth, managing triggers and past trauma, self-expression and creativity.

COST: $30 Concession or $50 non concession (one off payment)
