YAY - Yoga for (little) Kids is back! (suitable for ages 2.5 - 4.5 approx)

Join us for an eight week term of Yoga for our youngest generation.

This Yoga and Mindfulness class sets your youngest family member up for life.

Kids will learn a number of different breathing styles and gently and playfully move their little bodies with age appropriate yoga poses supported by storytelling, songs and mindfulness activities helping them with transition to school, parent separation and inner confidence.

A fun class for little bodies and minds! 

We roar like tigers, wuff in down dog and miaow in cat pose. 

Parents join in or watch- so be prepared for some fun! If your child is very confident, you're welcome to grab a cuppa and catch up with a friend while we're doing Yoga.

About your Instructor:

Run by Yogazeit Ltd. Founder + Executive Director and mum of 3 Preschool aged kids, Regina has introduced hundreds of children playfully to Yoga and Mindfulness. Her gentle approach and playful nature supports little bodies and minds helping them find a taste for yoga and body-mind connection. She facilitates Children's Yoga Teacher Trainings for Yoga Ed., holds a Police Clearance, Working With Children Check and is always up for a chat if you've got any questions or want to learn more about teaching Yoga to Children.
