TICT is offering 50 Accredited Tasmanian Tourism Operators the opportunity for a Free* 1 hour mentoring session with one of our most trusted and experienced Tasmanian tourism marketing and business consultants, on opportunities to maximise your share of the forthcoming 'Make Yourself at Home' Travel Vouchers program.
There are some businesses needing to reset or repackage their product, service or experience to appeal to the Tasmanian intrastate market. This is a chance to get some professional and confidential advice from one of our network of experienced tourism mentors on what could work for your business.
We are making this service available exclusively to our accredited operators because we want to give all our quality-assured tourism businesses a fighting chance to secure a slice of the business being generated by the voucher market.
After registering, TICT will match you with a consultant most experienced with your type of tourism product.
We will organise with you a 1 hour appointment for you to catch up with the consultant online (Zoom or Microsoft Teams) or over the phone.
Your appointment will cover three specific things:
- What product or experience do you offer now, and how could it be tailored to best appeal to the Tasmanian locals market?
- What could you do to make your product or experience stand out in a competitive market?
- How might you market your offer as effectively as possible for the size and scale of your business (and budget)
An hour is not a long time - but hopefully your consultant will leave you with some practical ideas and tips to take forward.
The mentoring is notionally 'Free' but to ensure it is taken up only by operators who most want it - we are going to charge a small $20 booking fee to secure your appointment.
