Sydney - Manager as Everyday Coach
Bring coaching into your everyday management with this workshop and work-based support.
Research points to coaching as the most important skill a manager can have. In human services a coaching approach to clients is critical also. But you can’t expect your staff to coach, if you’re not engaged in coaching in the everyday in your workplace.
This course has one-day workshop (including lots of practise) and work-based support for six weeks so you follow through and maintain your coaching approach in the everyday.
