Mindfulness for beginners
This is an introductory course into mindfulness meditation aimed at the beginner meditator. Come and learn the basics of mindfulness with some like minded souls.
By learning the art of using your sense perception you can begin to understand and experience the power of the present moment.
As well as meditation we will be talking philosophy too.
For some shifts to happen you will be asked to meditate daily for the duration of the course.
