Meditation is a useful tool in healing work.  It creates a time and place to release emotions, experiences and behaviours which are no longer beneficial, whilst creating space to manifest those which are.  

I have consulted the full moon energy and selected relevant themes for each approaching full moon, allowing you time to prepare for the upcoming moon energy and perhaps repeat the meditation yourself at home in the following weeks.

You do not need any meditation experience.  The format will be:

Please look for the coloured lights near the entrance.  Please wear comfy clothing and remember to bring a yoga matt, cushion, blanket/shawl and a plate to share.
