Powerful techniques of movement, breathing & mental focus can help anyone achieve & maintain better energy balance, as well as higher levels of performance in ALL areas of life. Qigong incorporates a variety of gentle breathing methods & flowing movements with mindfulness. Qigong exercises can be practiced by anyone, regardless of age, health or fitness level. All practices offered by The Chi Field are fully guided by qualified Instructors.
