It's mid-week, you are exhausted and you wish you could find just 45 minutes to breathe again, feel energized and focused.

You want to feel energized, knowing that you can rise to all the challenges the week will bring to you with confidence and clarity.

Life is so busy, it's impossible to find time for any kind of re-set, of simply being still! But, you know how crucial it is to set aside time just for you - to feel calmer and more confident for the rest of your week.

This is perfect or you - Lunchtime Mindfulness every Wednesdays - you CAN make your health and well-being a priority mid-week... so....

...For just 45 minutes every Wednesday, this meditation group is on for you - an intimate group where we use breathe-work, meditation and ceremony to enable our body to rest, our mind to focus and our spirit to soar!

Each Wednesday we focus on a different topic that is relevant for the group - each week we calm the stress that we hold in that moment...

You will:
• partake in a tea ceremony to settle our minds,

• look for an Essential Oil to help calm the stress that you carry into the group,

• experience a mindful meditation - using visualization and breath work to raise your vibration and expand to the possibilities of calm, flow and balance.

You may discover what your pain is trying to tell you, what your anxiety is screaming at you or even calm for your overwhelm!

You will leave the group feeling more focused, confident and heart-led.

The Wednesday Mindfulness group is for men and women during school term.
