Event description

The New Savages are an electric and original take on the Delta Blues. Lead singer Milan’s striking baritone vocals evoke the spirit of a great poet. His guitar playing is a simple, primitive and hypnotic boogie – one that sounds as though it was developed at the dawn of time.

After having performed at the Echuca Winter Blues festival back to back over the past few years, they'll be coming to Nannella Hall for the first time as part of a 25 date national tour mostly on connecting with Australia’s more remote and rural communities.

Over the past few weeks they’ve also been recording their debut album Seventh Son which will be released in the coming months. Hot off the recording sessions they will be performing some brand new material for their Nanneella audience.

Friday night, May 3rd The New Savages appear at Nanneella Hall. They play an authentically Australian Delta Blues, and produce a sound that is all at once familiar but completely original.

BBQ fires up at 6pm and the music starts at 8pm.  Alcohol will be available at the event.

Tickets are $15+bf online, and $20 at the door.
