This workshop lays the foundations of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) over one evening and two days, with internationally certified NVC trainer Kate Raffin.

You will learn how to begin to identify and express your feelings and connect with the needs at the roots of those feelings. These basic skills will enable you to listen deeply with empathy and express yourself in a way that creates and sustains connection with others.

Kate shares these new and profound ways to communicate using everyday examples, storytelling and practical role playing, that bring home the impact of being able to say what really matters to you in a way that others are more able to hear it.

You can dip your toe in the water and just attend on the Friday evening (which serves as a stand alone introduction, as well as part one of the entire workshop) or come along for the whole time.
