Hosted by Esther McVicar - Pre and Post Natal Yoga Teacher and Tahlia Mynott - Women's Health Nutritionist.

‘Nurturing the New Mother’ is a workshop all about supporting YOU, the new mother. We will provide the space and opportunity to learn an array of usable tools that are easy to intergrate into your day to day life; helping to support a happy and healthy post partum period.
During your time with us you will learn various movement techniques to begin realigning the body, breathing/meditation tools to keep your mind calm as well as nutritional support to sustain your health and vitality during this often demanding time.

- Opportunity to connect with other new mothers

Our intention is that you leave this workshop feeling empowered and able to support and nourish yourself while you nurture those little ones in your life.
This is open to all women, pregnant, post partum and even those just willing to learn this for future post partum periods. Babes in arms always welcome
