July
6:00pm - 8:00pm I $75

Recognized as one of Australia’s most iconic wineries, Jasper Hill is situated in Heathcote, Victoria which is famed for its ancient Cambrian soils.

Jasper Hill was established by Ron and Elva Laughton and has been a small family business ever since the first vintage in 1982. Emily grew up working in the winery with her sister Georgia and has now taken over the reigns as winemaker.

Emily joins the National Wine Centre to host a Jasper Hill Masterclass in Adelaide, focusing on the new releases, plus a couple of back vintages from the Jasper Hill cellar. Join us for a true look at Heathcote and to hear the tales of making wines that literally have Emily’s name on the label!
