Exercise for the whole body

 

Experience the Perth Hills in a different way.

We combine the benefits of Nordic walking with Pilates.

 

What is Nordic walking - full body workout using over 90% of your muscles with the help of specially designed poles. Similar to hiking but the origin lies in cross country ski training during summer training. 

 

What is Pilates – this is a series of exercises performed on the floor using gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance. The main aim is to condition the deeper, supporting muscles of your body to improve posture, balance and coordination

 

Program 

 

Approximately 45 min. Nordic Walking through John Forrest National Park ( incl. Swan view tunnel) to our exercise location.

Pilates session with qualified Pilates  instructor Paige Rylands and return hike.

Estimated time 2 hours.
