About the Speakers
Patrick Collins - Founder/CEO, Zip Co | Patrick Collins is Chief Product Officer at Zip Co, an Australian Fintech experiencing explosive growth. He is returning from the US after 12 years experience working with the best in Silicon Valley. Patrick was previously Founder and CEO of venture-backed technology startup 5th Finger, which relocated to San Francisco in 2008 and achieved a successful exit in 2012. 5th Finger’s product powered mobile experiences for large international retailers including Safeway and Victoria’s Secret. Patrick was a founding engineering member and CTO of Fairfax Digital where he launched 1st versions of Domain, Sydney Morning Herald, the Australian Financial Review and more. Patrick perfected making meat pies during his time in San Francisco and is glad to be returning home.
David Jones - Founder/CEO, Pointzi | David will be asking the questions; a product-obsessed founder whose last company, ThreatMetrix, exited in March for over $1B. His previous company exited to Surfcontrol (now Websense) and his current company is Pointzi, which delivers a codeless SaaS Onboarding solution for mobile and web applications.
