Experience the deeply relaxing & energising practices of Qigong.
Enjoy a fully guided gentle Meridian Exercise class to release physical tensions, followed by a restful mindfulness practice to support releasing the deeper layers. These meditations work with the practice of Inner Alchemy to support re-wiring neurological pathways.
