Please bring a yoga mat & cushion or something comfortable to sit / lay on for the meditations + drinking water. 

ABOUT QIGONG:

Qigong is a system of healing that comprises at least 5,000 years of wisdom.

There are many styles of Qigong! In this class you will be introduced to specific practices from the Taoist Medical Qigong lineage of Lao. These powerful exercises harmonise the body, breath and mind for maximising relaxation and health. ABOUT YOUR TEACHER:

Rosa Mauvra is a qualified White Tiger Qigong Instructor & Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She has an accumulated knowledge of 50 years of body wisdom, including Qigong Therapies, Remedial Massage, & Chinese Food Medicine. With personal practice and training spanning over 30 years, Rosa is a passionate teacher & coach, and a strong advocate of natural methods to support healing. Rosa brings an approach that is both integrative & holistic, tapping into the combined medicine of the way we move, the way we think, as well as what we eat.
