Robert will demonstrate how three transparent colours plus black and white can be used to produce any palette required. Using special layering techniques, the artist will provide students with the skills to further explore new processes in their own work.

The class suits any standard of artist from beginner to advanced.

Robert Hollingworth taught Fine Art for many years at RMIT University, Melbourne. He has held more than forty solo shows in Australia and overseas. Awards include the Sulman Prize AGNSW, Mt Buller Art Prize, Castlemaine Drawing Prize among others. He is also an author having had five novels published, the latest, A Blank Canvas 2018.

Originally from Melbourne, he now lives with wife Karen on the South Coast.
