Red Tent Australia is offering a free online circle, with a meditation, a sharing circle, and a water healing ceremony, to celebrate and participate in Australian Women's Day 2019! You can also check out the Facebook Event!

  • A cup of water.
  • A sentence about an amazing woman in your life to share.
  • The names of the Traditional Custodians of the land you will be on when you join the call.

We are a national not-for-profit membership-based organisation, providing support for women to hold sharing and educational circles in their local communities, as well as doing charitable work for women Australia wide.

Australian Women's Day is an annual day of celebration for the women and girls of Australia on 22 September.  We walk together with women of all race, colour, religion, sexuality, mental and bodily ability to come together as a circle of woman.

The mission of Australian Women's Day is to rise Australian women and girls and to serve as a catalyst for the rising of women and girls across the world.

Red Tent Australia acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians and first peoples of Australia.

RTA recognises the impacts of colonisation and dispossession and the contemporary disadvantage experienced by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

RTA is committed to working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women and men in closing the gap and supporting their women and children in Australia.
