We are hosting our next Secret Garden Festival Oct 2019 at our Mudbrick Home, in the hills, off–grid and surrounded by nature, serenity and exquisite birdsong. This is so much more than a music festival, it feels like coming home to your family in the forest.
Lyrebird Retreat offers a community space to share, grow and be inspired... a haven to remember and express your soul song.
After an epic Burning Seed gathering we have decided to create this months gathering as an 'After Burn'. With all the best DJ's from Music Medicine Magic Spoken Word to performance by Marty B Right and a Sunset Fire Show by Bella Fuego to lead us into the evening of epic DJ sets. This is going the kind of party your going want to move your body to, Fire, DJ's and dance, under the stars with all our favourite humans and many more new tribe.

SATURDAY FLOW:
Midday - Arrive, set up camp.
3pm – Chill Vibes with Sid Berry playing his Reggae beats
4pm – Marty B Right – Spoken Word Performance and Open Mic
5pm – Welcome to Land, Smoke Ceremony
6 – 9pm – Dinner Window Open... by our local Woodfired Pizza Crew with Vegan and GF options, $10 Delish Dinner options. Chai throughout the evening by Shannon Crees in her Chai Temple. BYO Plate, Utensils and Cup.
6pm – Sunset Fire Show with Bella Fuego & DJ Francesco
7.30 – 11pm – DJ Set by our Music Medicine Magic DJ's Pete Teys, Jason Lewis (Fingers crossed)
9–11pm DJ Stav
11pm to late - Fireside Jams, Bring your instruments
SUNDAY FLOW (Optional)
9am - Breath Workshop by Joe Fairleigh and Sound Bath by Elisha Xantaya
10.30am – Calligraphy Yoga with Mishae Bailitis
11.30am Open mic Jam - all welcome
2pm - slow departure
FOOD >>>
Snacks and Dinner are included, BYO PLATE, CUP, CUTLERY (There is a washing station available). BYO Breakfast if you’re staying the night at this sanctuary...The morning birdsong is outstanding!!
DRINKS >>>
BYO. No disorderly behavior will be tolerated, this is a family environment. All bottles, rubbish is to be taken out with you. Our Tank Rain Water is a small system so please bring water with you.
CAMP >>>
Plenty of Tent/Swag Camping space on the property for free. 15 small camper/van spaces available with a vehicle pass ticket – $20 per vehicle space through ticket options. Limited vehicle parking available on the land. Overflow will parked up the top of the 150m driveway after dropping off your camping gear.
PARKING >>>
Car pooling is strongly encouraged. You can drive down to the house and drop off gear. Then if necessary we will shuttle folks 2min up to the top car park, so come prepared. Directions come with the ticket.
TICKETS >>>
$75 per adult ($95 Vehicle Camping – 15 spaces get in quick!!)
$10 Kids under 14. (kids under 5 are free). Family passes available - please contact Elisha.
RUBBISH >>>
Rubbish must be taken with you as we are off grid, we have limited rubbish facilities.
SUNDAY >>>
Options for Sunday exploring / relaxing:
• The local river bush walk is lovely to explore
• Wollombi has some beautiful quaint galleries, vintage stores, cafes and wineries to visit
• There is also free camping down by the river at Wollombi Tavern, on the river which is beautiful.
