Event description
This three hour school holiday workshop is for girls from 9-12 years of age to experience being seen, held and supported as their authentic selves. The girls will strengthen their self esteem, get to know themselves more fully and celebrate who they are in a safe, nurturing space.
Circles demonstrate healthy friendships and allow girls to accept themselves just as they are. They also create a sense of belonging and community at a time when this may be lacking. When girls meet in circle they feel supported by their peers and this strengthens their identity and confidence.
This interactive workshop, presented by Tanya Monique will include drawing, dancing, meditation and team building activities. Book your daughter and her bestie to share the fun together!
