SOFT CENTRE would like to acknowledge that this event, and all work that we undertake, happens on stolen land. We acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land which this event is held, the Cabrogal people of the Darug nation and their Elders past, present, and emerging.

SOFT CENTRE is a one-day festival of dark abstraction. Experimental electronic music, radical performance art, large-scale light installations and new media works intersect to create an unforgettable day at the Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre in South West Sydney. Awarded ‘Music Event of the Year’ at FBi Radio’s 2017 and 2018 Sydney Music, Arts & Culture Awards.

We invite Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people from our community to SOFT CENTRE, if they wish to come. An allocation of free tickets are available – please email hello@softcentre.com.au for enquiries.

All booking fees gathered from this event will be donated to Yalari, a NFP that provides education scholarships for Indigenous children from regional, rural and remote communities.

SOFT CENTRE is a safer space with a zero tolerance policy towards any form of discrimination or harassment. There will be systems in place on the day for you to reach out to event organisers if you are being made to feel uncomfortable or notice any disrespectful or predatory behaviour.
