Event description
With the delightful Lisi, you'll go through the old fashioned way of making sourdough and the no-knead sourdough making process from top to tail in this comprehensive introductory workshop. Starting with the basic vocab, (what's a starter, levain, etc?), you'll then learn how to mix, knead and bake a loaf. You'll chat, ask questions, then eat some fresh bread (pre-risen overnight) while you learn to fold your own dough. As sourdough is best left to rise overnight, you'll go home with your own dough which you'll by then have all the knowledge to nurse into readiness overnight and bake at home the next day!
