This event has passed Get tickets

Event description

On Saturday 27th July at 3pm the St James' Institute welcomes Dan Mullins, Sydney based singer/songwriter and broadcaster with 2GB. In 2018 Dan walked some 1,000kms across Europe on the Camino de Santiago (The Way of St James'). He began his pilgrimage here at St James' in Sydney, collecting a pilgrim stamp from the St James' clergy before setting off on his journey. Along the way he wrote a number of songs, which are to be included on Dan's new album 'The Singing Pilgrim'.

Dan comes to the St James' Institute to share his experiences of the Camino, and to consider the long history of the 'Way of St James' in this bicentenary year for St James' King Street.

This talk is part of our Patronal Festival weekend as we celebrate St James', our patron saint.
