Strong Women Sustaining

Endurance Training for Women Leaders

‘More and more in clinic, family and in my friendship circles, I was witnessing, high impact women at the top end of their working structures, leading incredibly stressful spaces, struggling to sustain. Women carrying the load of families and households, their teams, board members, shareholders, environmental concerns, male-dominated atmospheres and in the case of First Nations women, their ancestors, their mob as well as all of the cultural non-alignments. Women making wonderful changes in the world - who’s capacity to sustain is in all of our best interests - with their physical, physiological and emotional health deteriorating..’

Lissie Turner is a nationally registered Yoga Therapist, former triple j broadcaster, communications consultant and educator, creator of the long-running segment ‘Like a Version’, founder of the 21-Day ‘Dissolving Patterns’ program, author, co-owner of Living Hormoniously, owner of The Yoga Shack North Byron and Level II Yoga Teacher. In clinic Lissie specialises in women’s endocrine health, insomnia, anxiety, depression and addiction recovery, and as a speaker and facilitator, communication and sustainability across all areas of life are at the core of Lissie’s work.

In this 3-hour corporate program, aimed at women leaders, open to all Executives, Business Owners and C-Level position holders – we examine and implement realistic ways of better sustaining within a very busy schedule. This is not about focusing on ascension of outcomes, this is about ascending individuals so that elevated outcomes are merely a natural and unavoidable side effect.

Training components and results:

- Understanding health from an individualised platform

- Incorporating positive changes within a pre-existing daily structure

- Biomechanics for carrying the corporate load

- Techniques to increase mental fortitude over the long term.

- Techniques to focus the mind for the immediacy.

- Refining supportiveness within the team

- Exponentially increasing work/life efficiency through female endocrine awareness.

- Reclaiming genuine woman space within the work space.

- Creating exponentially more productive and efficient business outcomes, by exponentially refining one’s self.
