To mark the launch of our new installation 'The Garden of Sweets', we’re bringing The Grounds to life at night with dessert markets that feature more than meets the eye. Expect live entertainment and a variety of delicious food carts that have to be seen to be believed. These dessert installations are only available at the night market, so don't miss out!
If sweets aren’t your thing, we’ll have our classic savoury options on offer, but here’s a little taste of what to look forward to if they are...
- Coloured waffle cones with a variety of ice cream flavours and delicious toppings.
- Fresh donuts made in The Grounds Bakery with different fillings and coatings to choose from.
- Blueberry Crepe Station with blue crepes and blueberry everything!
- Fizzy Drinks with sherbet bombs.
- Lolly Cart with all the sweets you could dream of, including fudge, meringues, giant gobstoppers and sour lollies, to name a few.
- Hot Chocolate Fondue station with fresh fruit, brownie cubes, choc chip cookies and more…

Please Note:
- This event is open to guests of all ages and tickets are limited.
- Admission is $10 and Kids under 10 are free.
- Ticket price includes entry and live entertainment.
- Food and beverage will be available to purchase on the night, proof of identity will be required to purchase alcoholic beverages.
- Seating will be limited on the night.
- Entry is via The Potting shed entry, 41-43 Bourke Road.
