The Inclusive Professional Certification Program is an in-depth program to equip those accountable for achieving inclusive outcomes with the knowledge, tools, and behaviours to identify and drive business-as-usual inclusion efforts across their organization. The objective is to empower participants to strategically plan and pragmatically create an inclusive organisation to achieve operational, financial, and legislative compliance benefits - while making a difference in the lives of all people.
This program is perfect for D&I Specialists, HR Professionals, D&I Council and Committee members, and anyone accountable for and/or tasked with creating an inclusive organization.
The Inclusive Professional Certification Program is an informative and interactive experience including: a 1-day workshop with an immersive exclusion experience; intimate Q&A debrief with a person with lived experience; and organisational opportunity finder exercise with strategic action planning; post workshop coaching session; and online collegial network forum with other program participants. On successful completion of the program you will be an Inclusive Professional accredited in business-as-usual inclusion.
