Mindfulness doesn’t start in the classroom, it starts in the mind.

During the conference sessions, we’ll explore what it takes to be a Mindful Leader and respond to the challenging and reactive demands of the role. You’ll discover how to incorporate mindfulness and wellness into your daily practice so that you can improve your well-being, overcome stress and reduce the cortisol levels in your bloodstream.

Being mindful is being present when working with the children. It’s being engaged, without distraction or conflict, mindfulness allows you to focus your attention on the interaction, creating a truly meaningful learning experience.

Now is the time to make wellness a resolution in 2020!

During the day we’ll explore the 5 core components of mindfulness and overall wellness.  You’ll leave the conference with answers to the big questions in life and uncover what will bring you lasting, genuine wellness.
