Event description

The film follows two Afghan Hazara refugees, Muzafar and Khadim. Stuck in Indonesia after Australia 'stopped the boats' and facing many years in limbo, they built a community and started the school which inspired a refugee education revolution.

Guest speakers: Jolyon Hoff, Director and Refugee Week Ambassador Muzafar Ali, who features in the film.

Arrive at 5.30pm for 6pm start.

Tea/coffee and light refreshments provided by the Red Rose Cafe for a Gold Coin donation. Bring your own Keep Cup.
