Anne Cooper has been working in the coffee industry for over 25 years, gaining extensive experience in many areas of the industry - as Barista, Café Owner/Manager, National Barista Trainer & Assessor, Head Roaster & Roasting Production Manager & Q-Grader - from a grass roots level through to national and international corporate level.
A former member of the SCA Roasters Guild Executive Council & Education Committee, Anne now works with her Training and Consulting company, Equilibrium Master Roasters, where she endeavors to educate & inspire current & future Flame Keepers with her extensive roasting skills & knowledge gained through working with small & large scale roasting companies on a wide range of roasting machines & various roasting processes & techniques.
