Truffle Cocktail Masterclasses
To celebrate The Canberra Region Truffle Festival, Big River Distillery will be hosting a series of Truffle Cocktail Masterclasses at Westfield Belconnen. Led by Clyde Morton, the master distiller at Big River Distillery.
Guests will be delighted as they learn how to create three different gin cocktails infused with truffle. The mixture of ingredients will allow guests to explore firsthand the intricate interactions between senses of smell and taste that create a magical truffle cocktail.
