The Ultimate Aperitivo hour brought to you by Bar Ampere, Capitano and CAMPARI.
Come and join us on Thursday the 27th of February as Capitano open their doors early for this one-off collaborative event.
Luxuriate in an extensive Aperitivo session built to inspire your senses and entice appetite, the perfect pre-dinner experience to celebrate Melbourne Cocktail Festival.
Starting from 3pm, you will be served a complimentary drink on arrival by the legendary Luca Baioni,Brand Ambassador from Campari, with a selection of complimentary Aperitivo style bites served to you by Bar Ampere.
There will be some extremely limited house made projects from both Bar Ampere and Capitano showing off their passion and intrigue in Aperitivo style drinks, these will be accompanied by Cynar, an Amaro from the Campari range, all will be available for tasting throughout the 3 hour session.
Capitano will be running a specialised menu including some nibbles for the evening, featuring multiple cocktails from Darren Leaney of Capitano, Luca Baioni & Jordan Stavrevski of Bar Ampere.
This menu will showcase tailored cocktails focusing on both house-made Amaros and Vermouths, as well as other products in the Campari Aperitivo portfolio.
