Join Sound Healer and Reiki Master, Ashleigh Bell in an intimate 90 minute workshop to open the Throat Chakra - Vishuddha, meaning purification is the energy centre which governs our communication. This Chakra is related to the element of sound. Through the throat, sound is propagated into the air and its vibration can be felt not just in our ears, but also in our whole body.

The workshop then follows with a relaxing sound bath, Reiki healing and crystal meditation.

You will be bathed in the harmonic frequencies of the Tibeten Sound Bowls while you switch off, feeling the stresses and strains of the day melting away, supporting you into relaxation, promoting clarity, self awareness and releasing any tension and stress.

What is sound healing?

Therapeutic instruments, such as Tiebeten singing bowls, stimulate the alpha and theta brainwave frequencies associated with meditative, clear and peaceful states of mind.

Alpha brainwaves are present during light meditation, daydreaming and deep relaxation. Theta brainwaves are present during REM dreaming sleep, deep meditation and hypnosis.
