Join us for breakfast on 5 March to find out how to create mentally healthy work places and get tips on how to look after your staffs’ and your own mental health.

This event follows on from the results we released last year in the Mentally Healthy Survey, the first major study into the mental health of the creative, media and marketing industry. This session is designed to take the next step and look at what we as companies and individuals can do to help build a more supportive and mentally healthy industry for us all.

We will hear from three speakers who will share their own personal experiences, insights and tips. We will then open up to a panel discussion where you are invited and encouraged to participate in the conversation about mentally healthy work.
